Monique joined the ACOP team in August 2021 as a Training Administrator (Student Support), bringing along her customer service experience from her time within the retail industry. She primarily dedicates her time to processing assessments, returning results and issuing certificates for our students. 

In her spare time, Monique loves exploring suburbs and finding good places to eat with friends. You’ll also regularly see her with a cup of coffee in the morning as it’s an essential part of her daily routine.
