Kelly McFadden is a senior leader with experience in business management and human resource executive roles within highly complex and regulated markets across the technology, biopharmaceutical, medical devices and financial services industries.

Kelly has worked extensively with executive leadership teams on the development and execution of HR strategy.  At Amgen, her work resulted in the organisation being externally recognised as a ‘Great Place to Work’ for two consecutive years.  Kelly also led Amgen’s gender diversity program which received an Employer of Choice for Women citation.

Kelly has significant change management skills, successfully leading M&A integration, organisational design and cultural transformation initiatives.
